Misshipped or Defective Products
If your product is defective at the time of delivery, or you received the wrong item, please call (888) 427-2215 with details or use our online support form. We will email or mail you a free Return Label to use for returning the merchandise and send you out a replacement product at no cost.

We Provide a 30-day Limited warranty
Should your product prove defective in the first 30 days, please call us at 888.427.2215 to initiate an RMA. You can trigger this request from the support menu above. No warranty is provided after 30 days.

Institutional Orders and Bulk Orders
We are pleased to accept purchase orders from accredited hospitals, educational institutions, libraries, state and federal governmental agencies, and corporate organizations based in the USA. Availability
Note, headsets are custom fabricated to make them Vocera-ready. Availability is variable based on customer demand. In some cases order turnaround can be 2-3 weeks.

Canada or International Orders
